City College of San Francisco Women's Soccer Head Coach Jeff Wilson was recently honored with induction into the Sacred Heart Cathedral Hall of Fame, recognizing his decades of excellence and impact on Bay Area soccer.
Wilson's Hall of Fame induction celebrates a remarkable career that began at Sacred Heart Cathedral, where he served as Head Boys Varsity Soccer Coach from 1998–2017, leading the program to five CCS Final appearances and four championships. Since 2021, he has brought his same trademark passion and leadership to SHC's Girls Varsity Soccer team. A two-time CCS Coach of the Year and 2013–2014 CIF Model Coach of the Year, Wilson is widely respected for his commitment to developing not just great athletes, but great people.
At City College of San Francisco, Wilson has continued to build upon that legacy. Under his leadership, the CCSF Women's Soccer program has captured four conference titles and produced numerous All-Conference and All-State players, while Wilson himself has earned multiple Coast Conference Coach of the Year awards. His guidance has helped over 40 student-athletes advance to four-year universities and even the professional level.
The Hall of Fame dinner was a memorable evening of celebration, attended by several members of the CCSF Athletics staff, who joined in honoring Wilson's achievements and contributions to both institutions. The event highlighted not only his competitive success but also the deep respect and admiration he has earned throughout his coaching career.
Wilson's induction is a fitting tribute to a coach whose influence continues to shape generations of student-athletes both at Sacred Heart Cathedral and City College of San Francisco.
